RETURN POLICY: If you receive a wrong or defective item please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the items, only afterwards please return the item including the shipping label and a copy of the email sent to customer service describing the problem. Returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date of items arrival (unless otherwise told), Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.
PRODUCT CONDITION: Products must be returned in the same condition shipped this includes Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
REPLACEMENTS: For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
